The future of Consumer Driven Logistics
Presented by PostNord and Capgemini
16-17th February 2017
Are you're a coding ninja? Keyboard samurai? Or maybe the next Jony Ive? We're gathering talent in the fields of development, UX design/Service Design and Business Strategy to build the future of logistics solutions.
During two days in February we invite you to join our Hackathon in Solna, Stockholm, to set your creativity free. You and your friends can apply together in teams of up to 5 people, or you can apply alone. And no worries, we'll find a team for you!
Nothing to worry about - you are not expected to know everything. You will have our great supervisors to seek the support from, who master fields of UX, development and business. You will learn stuff!
We’ve already made some progress, not least with the help of our app that offers a variety of features for smoother deliveries (check it out if you haven't already).
What do a receiver need to know when they’ve ordered something? What features are missing today? Can we tie together the information PostNord has today with information from other sources, thus creating a better service and experience? Feel free to check out the app here!
Collect in store
We've also launched a service called Collect in Store that makes it possible for virtually any store at any time to give out their own parcels. The same service could for example be used to open up partner post offices almost anywhere – in the gym, kindergarten or in a cafe.
How should we build on this service? How do we find out where it is appropriate to place such a service in order for it to be convenient? How we propose something that is convenient for a particular receiver? We have, of course, more information about the app so please check it out!
You get an opportunity to realise your ideas and have a real impact by working with brands such as Amazon, PostNord etc. Not only that you get a change to show your talent and discover a potential future employer, but you also build a great project for your portfolio and an opportunity for networking is there.
The food will be taken care of, and you could bring a sleeping bag if you wish to sleep at the side.
And yeah, we almost forgot: The winning team will win a 2 000 SEK flight gift-card per person!
Start: 11.00, 16th February 2017
End: 17.00, 17th February 2017
Sign up ends: 12:00, 13th February 2017
